What happens when you delete your account?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All uploaded images and photos
• All generated videos and animations
• Your saved toys
• Credit balance and purchase history
• All other personal data associated with your account

Important Notes

• This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
• Videos you shared publicly may have been downloaded by others and cannot be removed from their devices.
• Account deletion is typically processed within 48 hours.

How to Delete Your Account

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). Any retained data will be anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.
